Is anyone going to AMA? This year it's June 13-15 in the Holiday Inn Executive Center in Virginia Beach.

I'm trying to get a group registration together. The group registration is $30, while regular is $40. I have 5 out of 8 people needed for the group, and would love for three others so this would work! (More would be awesome to be sure. :])

You can find me in the Lion's Den if you're interested, or at Anime Club.

But you'd have to fend for yourself, hotel-wise. Some of my friends have a full room already, and I'm rooming at someone's house, methinks. But I know some of you people live in VA Beach sorta close to there!

HEY GUYS just to let you know, the group registartion needs to be recieved by the AMA people BY May 31st. Meaning I need to send it in the end of next week.

If you're going to group register with us, PLEASE get the stuff to me ASAP!!! You need to give me the form (print it out from the site and fill it out before giving it to me, please) and $30 in check, cash, or money order.

I have the form and money from Corey, John, Kim, Becky, Kim's cousin, and myself. I have forms from Blair and I'm getting her money tonight, and then I'm getting Kristi's stuff this weekend.

So I have 8 people, which is enough for the group now. But more are always wlecome! =D

I need to get you the info. How are we gonna meet up? :wacko: I have Drew, a freind of mine and his two kids, and myself (possibly others in Drew's already existing group). I'll talk to him tonight on IM, if he's on.

I kinda need the stuff by Friday, because I'm sending it through my mom's work because that's a lot more reliable than normal mail. And cheaper for me. XD

Uhm, whenever you want to meet is fine. I dunno where you live or anything, but you can just pick somewhere close to you and I can get there. *shrugs*

Okay Today I did something a bit nice for you lot. I checked out a few of the hotels around the Holiday Inn.

Holiday Inn itself: Booked Solid
"We will be having four groups, including AMA, so we are booked sorry."

Marriot Courtyard:
"We have only one bedroom left"

Red Roof Inn:
"We have only one non smoking room left...its a deluxe"

Hampton Inn:
"We have plenty of rooms, we're 179.00" I think she means a Night.

Hampton Inn is the only place that I talked to that really has a lot of openings.

But there are two other hotels in the same block.

La Quinta and Marriot SpringHill Suites.

I'd try to get together and reserve something fast. And ask for a discount for college students if you can. Don't be afraid to bargain!

umm...just found out that my brother's graduation is that weekend, on friday and party in saturday. Might not be able to go except on sunday. yeah i know i already paid. oh well.

i would say he could stay at mine.. i gots an extra bed or couch that could be used.... but i don't know.. you anime kids is kinda shady XP (plus he would probably have to ride up with me.... (its about 10 minutes away...not really within walking distance..))

If you had room for me too stay too I could pay you gas money. If you don't that's okay, I know you have roommates and I don't want to be a hassle
