These guys are AMAZING. They make the best costumes I have ever seen in my entire life. Of course, since they are commissioned, theres no set price, but all it really boils down to is how much material they use. I was hoping to get a Kadaj costume from them, but Nekocon is too close for me to commission them (they need 8 weeks, and the earliest opening they have now is September T^T and they need the money frist and I'm broke!!!) But as far as Katsucon, anyone with the money should defiantly check them out.
