Okay, so basically, I've been really busy today cleaning out the forums. A lot of unused subforums have been deleted, other forums have been moved into more appropriate locations, and old topics have been moved to the archives subforum, which you can find hidden down in the support area.

Basically, the guidelines for when topics will be moved is this...
Anything with new posts older than two months in most forums will be archived.
Anything with new posts older than three months in asylum/celebrations will be deleted.
Any posts in the archive older than two years will be deleted.

I will maintain this every month or two to keep things reasonable.


Moderator changes happened a while ago, but Ecnelis wanted a post about it and I think that's a good idea, so here it is! I figured it'd be best to post all of this junk at once.

Admins (( Red names )) =
- Lone aka David, root admin and thus perma-admin
- Shiya aka Jessica, me, current AC president
- leterip aka Jeff, current webmaster by force

Mods (( Green names )) =
- Art1st4786 aka Liz, generally helpful
- liltiger aka Ton, past president
- ProfWeasel aka Will, ASC head
- Ryto aka... uh... Ryto =o, who actually pays attention to the forums >_>
If these mods don't/barely ever use their powers, they'll be demoted because obviously they're extraneous and/or don't check in much.

Club Officers (( yellow/gold names )) =
- Fenix aka Cole, the VP
- fightingcomet aka Mary, Publicity Committee
- KenguShinsho aka Ken, Events Committee
- Krat aka Theron, Secretary
If I ever find out Chad's name, he'll be added to this list.

Constitution Committee (( brown names )) =
Koneko, Seto Kaiba, Syaoran
People who are allowed into the constitution discussion forum, along with all of the above groups. If you want to be involved in this committee, you just have to ask, preferably at an actual meeting, to be added.

General (( blue names )) =

he is still currently looking for one. i guess that will be one of the topic we need to cover in meeting, jessica. i believe he might be graduating this fall so we need to run and find an apprentice.

Yeah, I thought that was it, too. Well, whatever the case, I'll cover that as soon as I can. I'm not gonna try to cram too much into the first meeting and bore everyone to tears; there's already a lot to cover.
