Basically, preregistration for AnimeUSA, like Nekocon, lasts until September 30th. It's $40 until then. However, at Otakon they were giving out little cards that had a code on them that would save you an extra 10%. So basically, register online and enter the code SN23AP before August 31st and you get an extra 10% off!
